Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at hayden@realbaits.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item if damaged

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect contact us at hayden@realbaits.com within 48 hours so we can resolve it immediately.

EXCEPTIONS
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to the EU you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
